Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly outdated and worn out, making even the shabby motels down the street seem like a better choice. Unfortunately, the lack of refrigerators was a major drawback. On a positive note, the service was satisfactory, and I appreciated their effort to accommodate me for an extra night. The location was convenient, near popular landmarks, but some staff members could use a bit more friendliness. The dining experience was not up to par, with misleading pricing and food quality similar to buffet chains. Despite these letdowns, the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a spacious and comfortable room that included amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, but the broken refrigerator was a disappointment despite attempts to fix it. The location was nice and central to the city, but some improvements in staff friendliness would have enhanced the experience.
The hotel had a distinctive smell like a locker room, and the room temperature was difficult to adjust to a comfortable level. The overall appearance resembled a motel 6 with outdated furniture. However, the dining options were excellent and varied.
The hotel is situated right in downtown Reno, offering a very spacious and clean room with a slight smoke smell issue. The service was very friendly overall, although not consistent everywhere on the property. It's a convenient location to enjoy a fun weekend with friends and explore the city.
The hotel offered a mixed experience with clean and ready rooms but dated furniture and a malfunctioning refrigerator. The service was friendly but lacked crucial information at check-in. The location did not meet expectations for pool space but served practical needs. The dining experience had its highlights but also room for improvement.
